Project contracts, deliverables, and payment terms agreed upon directly between clients and freelancers are the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.

Job applicants retain all rights to their resumes, portfolio files, and personal contact information. Employers receiving candidate applications agree to process candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes in compliance with global data privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All brand logos, AI resume tool engines, layout code, and digital assets on careerfestai.online are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit platform infrastructure for unauthorized commercial automated harvesting.
